A big congratulations once again to our crew who looked great at the East Valley Cross Country Championships yesterday in Aldergrove. The race winners in both the junior and senior divisions on both the girls side and boys side came from our group and all of our athletes showed very strongly in large competitive fields. Runners like Kamora Piper, Gurpartap Sandhu, and Kai Lainchbury really stepped it up and our seasoned athletes are looking good going into the BC High School Cross Country Championships in Nanaimo on November 1st. Congratulations to all who participated and go Royals!!
