Valley Royals hosted the Jennifer Rogers Swan Memorial Meet this past weekend and the throwers came out in full force!
We had a total of 70 entries in the throwing events by VR athletes.

- 15 Discus
- 16 Javelin
- 9 in Hammer

Our Valley Royals Throwers have been working very hard on mastering several aspects of their technique, which is starting to yield some very strong performances.
